Introduction -
The basic purpose of these committees is to preserve the aesthetic value and appearance of the structures and landscaping of the Lacamas Shores. Its goal is to maintain the neighborhood to the highest standards applicable. The governing guidelines can be found in the CC&Rs. The committee considers and approves or disapproves plans and specifications for fences, walls, home modifications/additions, additional buildings, removal of trees and shrubs, and other items affecting the value and/or appearance of the neighborhood.

BEFORE you begin construction, removal, etc..., please submit a Lacamas Shores Architectural/Landscape Committee Review Form with the supporting documents to this committee. It is very important that you include all necessary documents in order to receive an expeditious response. If you are in any doubt as to how to proceed or whether you need to proceed, please contact a committee member. The committee is committed to assisting you in any way it can.

If you believe there is a violation of the CC&Rs, please contact the Architectural or Landscape committee chair or any board member for consideration and action. The committee is here to protect our largest investment - our homes and property.

Homeowners Association Board Meetings

Lacamas Shores HOA board meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month except during the summer. All homeowners are welcome to attend board meetings. Contact the HOA president to get the time and place of the next meeting. If you wish to speak during the meeting, please notify the board prior so you can be on the agenda. Lacamas Shores CC&Rs Phase 1-5

1	Phases #1 through #4 did not originally have CC&R's. The original owners of lots purchased in these phases were not bound by any CC&R's as far as we know.
2	Phase 5 was the first phase to have any CC&R's. The Phase 5 CC&R's were later applied to the lots in phases #1 through #4 for new owners of these lots who purchased after September 1990.
3	All subsequent phases have essentially the same CC&R provisions. They begin by referencing this document and have modifications of only a minor nature.
4	The official version of the CC&R's that apply to you are the copies given to you by the closing company when you bought your home/lot.
5	This copy of a copy that provided below, is not official. It was laboriously scanned and OCR'd by Nicole DuBois so as to be more legible and searchable. For instance, it lacks the signatures and seals that made the copy given you by the closing company "official". Also, the original copy had a glaring spelling mistake that I corrected. I'd never seen the misspelling in the less legible "official" copy.
